The highly leukemogenic avian retrovirus E26 contains two oncogenes, v-Myb and v-Ets, which are expressed together as a fusion protein. The cellular homolog of v-Myb, designated c-Myb, encodes a transcription factor. Deletion or disruption of a negative regulatory domain mapping within the carboxy-terminal domain of c-Myb results in enhanced transactivating capacity and in parallel, leads to activation of its ability to transform hemopoietic cells. c-Myb is expressed preferentially, but not exclusively, in immature hemopoietic cells and its expression decreases as cells differentiate.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Atto 490LS is a new fluorescent label featuring an extraordinary large Stokes-Shift of 165 nm. Thus the emission spectrum is almost completely separated from its absorption spectrum making the dye highly suitable for multiplexing experiments in particular in combination with Atto 488 and Atto 514. Atto 490LS is very hydrophillic and shows excellent water solubility. The dye exhibits a relatively high fluorescence quantum yield which is only slightly reduced after conjugation to biomolecules e.g. proteins even at high degrees of labeling (DOL). Recognizes a glycoprotein of 44-88 kDa, which is identified as CD28. It is the critical T-cell co-stimulatory receptor which provides to the cell the important second activation signal by binding CD80 and CD86 that are expressed by antigen presenting cells. Besides its co-stimulation role, CD28 functions in preventing T-cells from anergic hyporesponsive state or from undergoing premature apoptotic cell death. This MAb recognizes protein of 26 kDa-60 kDa, which is identified as CD63. Its epitope is different from that of MAb LAMP3/529. The tetraspanins are integral membrane proteins expressed on cell surface and granular membranes of hematopoietic cells and are components of multi-molecular complexes with specific integrins. The tetraspanin CD63 is a lysosomal membrane glycoprotein that translocates to the plasma membrane after platelet activation. CD63 is expressed on activated platelets, monocytes and macrophages, and is weakly expressed on granulocytes, T cell and B cells. It is located on the basophilic granule membranes and on the plasma membranes of lymphocytes and granulocytes. Biotium MitoView™ 405 Mitochondrial Dyes | 20 x 50ug
MitoView™ 405 is a blue fluorescent mitochondrial dye with absorbance/emission at 398/440 nm, suitable for detection by confocal microscopy or flow cytometry using settings for DAPI or Pacific Blue. The dye is membrane permeable and becomes brightly fluorescent upon accumulation in the mitochondrial membrane. Mitochondrial localization is dependent on mitochondrial membrane potential; when membrane potential is disrupted the dye relocalizes to the cytoplasm, but still retains fluorescence. The dye is designed for use in live cells and is not fixable.

At least five CD1 genes (CD1a, b, c, d, and e) are identified. CD1 proteins have been demonstrated to restrict T cell response to non-peptide lipid and glycolipid antigens and play a role in non-classical antigen presentation. CD1a is a non-polymorphic MHC Class 1 related cell surface glycoprotein, expressed in association with Beta-2 microglobulin. Anti-CD1a labels Langerhans cell histiocytosis (Histiocytosis X), extranodal histiocytic sarcoma, a subset of T-lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia, and interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma of the lymph node. When combined with antibodies against TTF-1 and CD5, anti-CD1a is useful in distinguishing between pulmonary and thymic neoplasms since CD1a is consistently expressed in thymic lymphocytes in both typical and atypical thymomas, but only focally in 1/6 of thymic carcinomas and not in lymphocytes in pulmonary neoplasms. CF Dye Maleimides are thiol-reactive fluorescent dyes. Maleimides are commonly used to label proteins on free thiol groups. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Red fluorescent CF568 dye has excitation/emission at 562/583 nm.
AdipoGen Fluorescein dicaproate

Fluorescein dicaproate is a non-fluorescent hydrophobic fluorescein derivative that can pass through the cell membrane whereupon intracellular esterases hydrolyze the dicaproate group producing the highly fluorescent product fluorescein. The fluorescein molecules accumulate in cells. Fluorescein dicaproate is a fluorogenic substrate for C6 esterase that generates green fluorescence upon esterase cleavage.
